Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule and may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fw777 Account holder. fw777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• fw777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus-derived funds before satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus balance.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fw777 platform. Either party may terminate the User's Account in accordance with the following provisions:

• User-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting fw777 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your last-used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses) shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, with particular reference to the laws and regulatory context applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms serving Indonesian residents.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. fw777 and the User agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitral process as the primary means of dispute resolution, in preference to litigation in any national court system.
